Ministry work from D’kar
Bible study recordings
When my colleague and I find the time we do recordings. Where we originally used my mobile phone for recordings, we now use the equipment donated by brothers Cobus Rudolph and Tiddo Voogt. I’m still learning to make the right adjustments.

Like I mentioned in my previous report, we first prepare ourselves in writing after which we discuss the specific section during the recording. Our church council members are very positive about the initiative and would also like to start their own Bible study groups. We are currently in need of radios and memory cards. I am still looking for the right compact audio devices that can work with a memory card. I was able to buy for P107 now the other day. It is a “boom box” and works well. In South Africa, it may be cheaper to purchase.
Bibles
The Bibles have arrived and are in Gantsi. It is a great gift that we distribute with great care. To everyone who contributed, we express our sincere gratitude. These are our tools. This is the sword we use every day. It is our defense against the forces of darkness.
Easter weekend
We are planning for the celebration of Easter. This is once again a great opportunity to preach the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Normally on the Friday evening, we have the service during which we emphasize the death of our Lord Jesus on the cross. On the Saturday morning we have Bible study with the young people. Saturday evening the various choirs in our church, sing for us, and Sunday morning, the service conclude with the commemoration of the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We once again ask for your intercession for the work we do here, and please pray with us: “Let Your kingdom come.”
Your brother in Christ,
Hendrik du Plessis.
